Password reset flow
Start with NDAX’s official password reset option. If you don’t receive an email, check spam and confirm your recovery address. Never use links from unverified sources — navigate to the site manually.
Lost 2FA device
If you saved backup codes, use them to regain access. Without backups, contact NDAX support and be prepared for identity verification — have recent transaction details, account setup info, and identification handy.
After recovery — harden your account
- Rotate your password and enable a stronger 2FA method (hardware key if available).
- Revoke sessions and tokens, and audit API integrations.
- Enable alerts and consider splitting holdings for reduced single-account exposure.
Document everything: store emails, support ticket IDs, and screenshots to help resolution.
